Do you publish your splits and fees?
No, on purpose. Our compensation is built around how you work, and we walk through the real numbers one-on-one. Reach out and we’ll set up a confidential conversation.
Is Jorgenson Real Estate a franchise?
No. JRE is an independent brokerage based in Round Rock, Texas. The team spent 16 years with Keller Williams and launched JRE as an independent brokerage in December 2025 so it could move faster and build its own tools.
What makes JRE different from other Austin-area brokerages?
Three things: technology we build in-house (a single agent portal, an AI-assisted CRM that drafts your follow-ups, an AI lead concierge, property research tools, and an AI broker assistant that cites TREC rules), real leverage from in-house transaction, compliance and marketing support, and a small, intentional roster where the broker knows your name.
What technology do agents get?
The Merge Portal (one login for everything), Relationship Boss (a CRM that plans your day and drafts messages), Claire (AI concierge that answers brokerage leads), Property Checker (flood, MUD/PID, schools, hazards and required notices for any address), Pocket Search (coming-soon and off-market listings), Brooks (ask-the-broker AI in Slack with rule citations), Lovord (client reviews), and Market Health (daily market dashboard). Plus Google Workspace and brand templates.
Do I have to use every tool?
No. Everything is optional and built to be simple. Most agents start with the portal and the CRM and add the rest as they need it.
What happens to my database if I leave?
It goes with you. Your database is yours, in writing, including past clients who started as brokerage leads. We will not market to your sphere after you go.
Do you offer leads?
Yes. Our brokerage lead program comes with extra support on both the listing and buyer side. Claire works every lead first, so you get conversations, not cold names.
Can I bring my team?
Yes. We support teams, and we’ll talk through how your team is structured before anything is signed.
Is JRE a good fit for newer agents?
For the right newer agent, yes. You’ll get training, a playbook for your first year, and brokers, Agent Growth Managers, and leadership who answer when you call. You’ll also be expected to do the work.
Who is JRE not a good fit for?
Agents who want a huge national brand with thousands of agents, or who want to coast without accountability. We cap our roster on purpose and expect agents to treat their business like a business.
What areas do JRE agents serve?
All of Central Texas, from Temple and Belton in the north to Buda and Kyle in the south and everywhere in between, including Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Hutto, Cedar Park, Leander, Liberty Hill, and Taylor. Our agents serve residential, commercial, and leasing clients.
How do I move my license to JRE?
In Texas you end sponsorship with your current broker, and JRE files to sponsor you with TREC. Your license is briefly inactive until the new sponsorship is processed.
