Meet Finn
Not another chatbot. An assistant who works inside your business.
Finn is JRE’s AI assistant for every agent. He already knows your people, your pipeline, and your goals, so you can just ask. Built by us, on our own systems.
How it feels
“Who should I call today?” He already knows.
Most AI tools start from zero every time. Finn starts from your book: who replied, who went quiet, whose lease is up, whose home anniversary is Monday. Ask, and he answers with your people, drafts the texts in your voice, and saves them on the contact in your CRM for you to send.
What Finn does
The busywork, handled. The relationships, still yours.
Plans your day
Who’s due for a call, who replied, which hot prospects went quiet, and how you’re pacing to your goal. Pulled from your own book, not a template.
Knows your people
Ask about anyone and get the whole picture: their stage, notes, open tasks, relationships, and every call, text, and email.
Writes in your voice
Texts and emails drafted the way you talk, saved on the contact in your CRM. You read it, tweak it, and hit send.
Handles the busywork
Adds tasks, checks them off, logs the call you just made, and moves people through your pipeline when you say so.
Compliance-checks every draft
Brooks, our broker assistant, screens what Finn writes for fair housing, RESPA, commission talk, TREC advertising rules, and wire-fraud red flags, and answers your rules questions with the TREC rule cited.
Covers you on vacation
Finn spots the time off on your calendar and offers to turn on “I’m away,” so new leads are handled while you’re gone.
Learns how you work
Tell him once that you prefer texts or how you sign off, and he remembers. He knows your goals and celebrates your wins.
Goes where you go
In the corner of the portal and your CRM, on your phone, by voice, and inside ChatGPT, Claude, or Muse through a secure connector. Slack is next.
Why Finn is different
Plenty of brokerages have an AI now. Here’s what makes ours better.
Most brokerage AI lives in its own app and starts from scratch. Finn was built by the same team that built your CRM, so he works inside it.
| Topic | Typical brokerage AI | Finn at JRE |
|---|---|---|
| What it knows | Generic answers, or whatever you paste in | Works inside your own CRM, so he knows your people, your pipeline, and your goals |
| Who it serves | Built to keep you inside one company’s app | Works where you already are: the portal, your CRM, your phone, and the AI apps you already use |
| Your clients | Some send messages on your behalf | Drafts only. Nothing reaches a client until you send it, and bigger changes wait for your tap |
| Compliance | A disclaimer at the bottom, or nothing | Every draft is screened by Brooks for fair housing, RESPA, and TREC advertising rules before you see it |
| The rules | Guesses | Asks Brooks, who answers with the exact TREC rule or form paragraph |
| Your data | Often stays with the platform when you leave | Sees only your own people. Your database is yours, in writing, and MLS listing data never leaves our systems |
| Keeping up | Waits for the vendor’s next release | Every new JRE tool ships with Finn skills on day one |
Built to be trusted
Helpful, never reckless.
You send everything
Finn drafts. You review and send. Claire is the only JRE AI that ever talks to clients.
Your tap on anything big
Moving someone to a new stage, switching Claire on or off, or turning on “I’m away” shows a confirm card first.
Only your people
Finn works as you, so he sees your contacts and nobody else’s. Your database is yours, in writing.
MLS data stays home
Listing-level MLS data never goes to outside AI apps. That’s our MLS agreements, and we follow them.
Compliance on every draft
Brooks screens what Finn writes for fair housing, RESPA, and TREC advertising rules. When judgment matters, a real broker picks up the phone.
Built here, kept current
We build Finn ourselves. Every new JRE tool ships with Finn skills the same day.
Part of the team
Finn, Claire, and Brooks. Your AI team.
Claire answers brokerage leads for you, day or night. Brooks answers rules questions with the TREC rule cited. Finn runs your day, and Brooks checks everything Finn writes. See the whole platform →
Finn questions
What is Finn?
Finn is Jorgenson Real Estate’s AI assistant for agents. He works inside each agent’s own Relationship Boss CRM and the Merge Portal to plan the day, find people, draft texts and emails in the agent’s voice, manage tasks, and answer rules questions through Brooks, JRE’s broker assistant.
Does Finn talk to my clients?
No. Finn drafts and you send. Claire is the only JRE AI that talks to clients. Bigger changes, like moving someone to a new stage or switching Claire on or off for someone, wait for your confirm tap.
Can Finn see other agents’ clients?
No. Finn works as you, so he only sees your own people. Your database is yours, and our data pledge puts that in writing.
Does Finn check my drafts and marketing for compliance?
Yes. Every text and email Finn drafts is screened by Brooks, JRE’s broker assistant, before it’s saved: fair housing, RESPA, commission talk, the TREC price statement and advertising rules (like the broker name on ads), guarantees, and wire-fraud red flags. Finn rewrites anything Brooks flags and tells you what changed. Ask him to check a social post, listing description, or ad the same way.
Can I use Finn in ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. Finn connects to ChatGPT, Claude, and Muse through a secure sign-in, so you can work with your own JRE data from the AI app you already use. Listing-level MLS data stays inside JRE’s own tools.
How is Finn different from other brokerage AI?
Finn is built by JRE on JRE’s own systems, so he works inside your actual CRM instead of a separate app, connects to the AI tools you already use, drafts instead of sending, cites the rules through Brooks, and learns every new JRE tool the day it ships.
